The coaching session really opened my eyes to some deep behavior patterns and roadblocks I’ve been stuck in for a long time. I learned how to actually notice when I hit one of those internal walls—how it feels, how it shows up—and what to do when it happens. Not by labeling it all as trauma or going deep into the past, but by teaching me how to recognize those moments in real time. When a reaction hits, I can now spot it, question it, and choose differently. That’s the shift.
